Our story
Established by accomplished local estate agent Jason Taylor, Moorhouse is a breath of fresh air for the property market in the West Midlands. Having spent the best part of 30 years working for national and local agents nearby, it was time to do things slightly differently.
“I set up my own independent agency in my home patch of Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, born from a desire to offer a local agency with a fresh, authentic approach, driven by modern technology and exceptional service standards. I’ve always been passionate about property in the West Midlands; Moorhouse is the result of many years of successfully helping sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.”

Inspired by Jason’s mother’s maiden name, Moorhouse was chosen as the perfect name for the property venture driven by a mission to assist more people move. Starting in Four Oaks, we plan to grow Moorhouse into a household name across Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas over the coming years.

We’re just as much part of Four Oaks as the people we help move. Our children go to the local schools, take part in local sports and we love socialising in all the great places this area has to offer.
